Enclosed with this cover letter, please find one grievance letter addressed to your office. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this, and the courtesy of a prompt, personal reply.

I am formally requesting that you transfer my case out of your office, the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel- Middle Region. I am also requesting that you meet with the directors of the other branches of CCRC, both North and South, and ask that my case be accepted by either of the other branches.

I am requesting to be informed in writing of the outcome of this discussion, and I am also requesting that you furnish me with a written response to the enclosed grievance.

Among other reasons for requesting transfer is your close association with Karen and Nick Cox. Nick Cox was the prosecutor in my capital case. This gives me great concerns, and it raises the valid issue of conflict of interest in my case.

Your immediate co-operation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
