User Email: Pretextpi@BellSouth.netI have been following your news updates and would like to extend my appreciation for your attention to this matter. Your readers need to realize that the State of Florida case has been compromised. As your aware, I have been involved in Virginia and earlier Jason Larzelere's defense since May 21, 1991. It has always been my objective to determine the circumstances surrounding the death of Dr. Norman Larzelere. I have examined the evidence gathered by the State of Florida and pursed the leads contained in the files of Law Enforcement. I advanced those leads to another level and identified the perpetrators. Unfortunately, the State Attorney's involved have NO INTEREST in solving the crime, nor in prosecuting the guilty. Where does one go with evidence of Murder? I do not have the answer, and I have been turned away by the State Attorney of Volusia County and the prosecuting attorney' s office, who continue to turn a deaf ear to the truth. I should also note that the immunitized witness Kristine Palmieri has found shelter with the prosecutor, who has acted as if they were her personal counsel. I believe Kristen Palmieri if given immunity for perjury, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to commit burglary and a host of other crimes related to the death of Norman Larzelere and prosecution of the Larzelere's would tell the truth. Further, previously undisclosed witnesses known to the prosecution remain available to admit to their participation and knowledge of the Norman Larzelere office burglary and resulting death. They require immunity from prosecution as well. I submit that the sole reason the prosecution avoids the truth is that they realize the truth will set Virginia free and in the process cost them plenty.
To those that have an interest in the level of competency exhibited by Virginia's trial counsel. The juror said it best, "they were like buffoon's", expressing the opinion that the jurors if presented an alternate and reasonable theory of Murder to refute the States version they would have cast a vote of innocence. The truth is, defense counsel elected not to present a case and this error can cost Virginia her life. I bear witness to the incompetence of Virginia's counsel and their self serving motives. Unfortunately, both were paid more than $350,000 jointly at a inflated rate of $6,000 per day each from the proceeds of Life Insurance monies, but only after they raped the estate of Dr. Norman Larzelere, taking funds needed to pay the related cost of witnesses for the defense and the private investigation by this firm.
Wake up, this is a case of INJUSTICE, GREED, EGO'S, INCOMPETENCE and a run away prosecution who maintains a shoot the messenger mentality. Ask your self, will Justice prevail without your support? I submit it will not. These case is deserving of help from the legal profession, who has a moral obligation to right the wrongs of their brethren. I will continue in my efforts to present the truth.
