VIRGINIA LARZELERE was convicted in Edgewater Florida masterminding her husband's death on May 11, 1993. She was given an unfair trial due to her Attorney's criminal activity while defending her, he is now in a Florida prison for same. Gary Mc Daniels of Pretext Inc. has proven her case for innocence with discoveries of new evidence and witnesses. Problem is that Capitol Collateral Representatives of Tampa does not have the manpower, nor funding, nor time to bring this case for innocence into the court. Therefore Virginia remains on death row.
