In view of the fact that the Governor has signed a death warrant for the

execution of Gregory Mills for 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2001, we direct that

any further proceedings in this case be expedited.

We hereby set oral argument for 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2001, to hear

any proceedings that may come before this Court with the simultaneous filing of

documents to be reviewed by this Court to be filed by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 19,

2001. A maximum of twenty (20) minutes to the side will be allowed for the

argument.
